Tuesday, August 16: A 46-year-old Sanford resident was arrested following a motor vehicle complaint on Main St. The charges were operating under the influence, operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release.
Wednesday, August 17: A motor vehicle stop on Pleasant St. led to a 37-year-old Alfred resident being taken into custody on a warrant. A motor vehicle stop on Mount Hope Rd. resulted in a 33-year-old resident of Rochester, NH, being summonsed for operating with a suspended registration.
Thursday, August 18: A 34-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for terrorizing following a call to Elm St. A vehicle crash on New Dam Rd. led to a 28-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for attaching false plates. Sanford Fire and EMS also responded.
Friday, August 19: A 21-year-old North Waterboro resident was summonsed for criminal mischief and violating condition of release after a report of vandalism on Dale St. A motor vehicle stop at Grammar and Ledgewood Sts. led to a 30-year-old Sanford resident being taken into custody for violating condition of release. An arrest was made following a motor vehicle stop at Alfred and Jagger Mill Rds., no details given.
Saturday, August 20: A 71-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for theft after a shoplifting report on Main St.
Monday, August 22: A complaint on Emery St. led to a 26-year-old Sanford resident being arrested on a warrant. Another arrest was made by Sanford Police while serving a warrant on Main St. in Springvale, no details given.
Tuesday, August 23: A 52-year-old Springvale resident was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and criminal mischief, following a disturbance on Payne St.
Wednesday, August 24: Officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Main St. took a 47-year-old Sanford resident into custody on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening. A domestic disturbance on Acorn St. led to multiple charges for a 32-year-old Auburn resident, which were domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief and domestic violence reckless conduct. An animal complaint on York St. led to a 36-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed on charges of leaving the scene of an assault by a dog that causes injury, keeping a dangerous dog, and reimbursement for damage done by animals. A motor vehicle stop at Grammar Rd. and Grammar St. led to a 34-year-old Berwick resident being taken into custody on a warrant.
Thursday, August 25: A summons was issued following a disturbance on Riverside Ave., no details given. A vehicle crash at William Oscar Emery Dr. and Summer St. resulted in a 21-year-old North Waterboro resident being summonsed for leaving the scene of an accident. Sanford Fire and EMS also responded. A motor vehicle stop at School and Bodwell Sts. resulted in a 35-year-old Sanford resident being arrested for operating after suspension and attaching false plates. Later that evening, a 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for assault as well as an outstanding warrant following a disturbance on Bodwell St.
Friday, August 26: A report of harassment by phone led to a 63-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for violating condition of release and a warrant. A 31-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for theft following a shoplifting call on Main St.
Saturday, August 27: A 29-year-old Alfred resident was summonsed for operating without a license and violating condition of release after a motor vehicle accident on Railroad Ave. and Pleasant St. in Springvale. A 33-year-old North Berwick resident was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a motor vehicle stop at New Dam and Alfred Rds.
Tuesday, August 30: An arrest was made following a motor vehicle complaint on Main St., no details given. A 33-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for theft following a shoplifting call on Main St.
