On Sunday, March 13, there were no arrests or summonses. Officers responded to domestic disturbances at Perkins Ct. and Oxford St., among other calls.
Monday, March 14, a 22-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on Main St. on an outstanding warrant. Domestic disturbances on Timber Ridge Ave. and Bougie Ln., and burglar alarms on New Dam Rd. and Siddall Rd. were among the other calls that day.
On Tuesday, March 15, a 44-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for theft following a shoplifting call on Main St. Summonses were issued following motor vehicle stops at Main and Charles St. and at Country Club Rd., no details given. Disturbances on Kirk St. and Main St. were investigated, and peace was restored following a disturbance on Bennett St.
Wednesday, March 16, a 23-year-old with no fixed address was arrested for assault following a domestic disturbance on Farview Dr. A 26-year-old Lebanon resident was summons for theft in a shoplifting incident on River St. A motor vehicle stop at Lebanon St. and Foothill Ln. resulted in a 28-year-old resident of Sanbornville, NH being summonsed for operating after suspension. An arrest was made while serving a warrant on Main St., no details given.
On Thursday, March 17, a 14-year-old juvenile was summonsed for disorderly conduct with offensive words/gestures following a report of an assault on Spartan Dr. Other calls that day included a sex offender registration on North St. and a disturbance on Twombley Rd. Officers made 39 motor vehicle stops that day.
Friday, March 18, a 36-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on Main St. on an outstanding warrant. A 31-year-old Sanford resident was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Main St. Another motor vehicle stop on Main St. resulted in a summons to a 41-year-old Shapleigh resident for operating after suspension. A report of a burglary in progress on Island Ave. was investigated. Assistance was provided to another agency on a call to Rosewood Circle in Springvale. Reports of vandalism on Lebanon St. and Berwick Rd. were among the other calls that day.
On Saturday, March 19, a motor vehicle complaint on Railroad Ave. led to the arrest of a 36-year-old Sanford resident on charges of operating under the influence and violating condition of release. A summons was issued following a motor vehicle stop on Alfred Rd. A report of burglary/breaking and entering on Old Mill Rd. was investigated.
