Sunday, February 6, there were no arrests or summonses. Among the calls that day were an intoxicated/incapacitated person on Charles St. EMS also responded and transported the person to the hospital. A report of harassment on Palace Dr. was taken, and a warrant was served on Main St. A burglary of a motor vehicle on Wm. Oscar Emery Dr. was investigated.
On Monday, February 7, there were again no arrests or summonses. The calls that day included a drug incident on Hammond St., a disturbance at River St. and Wm. Oscar Emery Dr., and larceny/forgery/fraud on Harvard St. Sanford Police assisted another agency to a call on Emery St. They also responded to four motor vehicle accidents that day.
Tuesday, February 8, a motor vehicle stop on Main St. resulted in a 30-year-old Lyman resident being taken into custody on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release and a warrant. A 36-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for theft following a shoplifting call on Main St. Other calls that day included a report of sex offenses on June St. and vandalism on Brook St.
On Wednesday, February 9, there were no arrests or summonses. Among the calls that day were domestic disturbances on Jackson St., Amherst St. and Shaw St. The Animal Control officer responded to complaints on Mill St. and Railroad Ave. in Springvale, and School St. in Sanford. Officers responded to four motor vehicle accidents.
Thursday, February 10, a motor vehicle complaint on Lebanon St. led to a 29-year-old resident of Newmarket, NH, being summonsed for operating after suspension. Among other calls that day were a report of vandalism on Smada Dr., a juvenile runaway on Sherburne St. and a domestic disturbance on School St., as well as four more animal complaints and two more accidents.
Friday, February 11, Sanford Police served a warrant on June St. and took a 30-year-old Sanford resident into custody. An animal complaint at Grammar Rd. and Wings Way resulted in the arrest of a 34-year-old Sanford resident on an outstanding warrant. A 48-year-old Sanford resident was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence following a motor vehicle accident on Brook St.
Saturday, February 12, there were reports of shoplifting on Cottage St. and twice on Main St. The last one resulted in a warning being issued. Peace was restored to a domestic disturbance on Dudley St. An assault on Kirk St. in Springvale was investigated.
