Do you recognize this woman?
According to Rick Stanley, Bob Therrien of Springvale came to the Sanford Springvale Chamber of Commerce office with this painting several years ago. Bob’s wife Ann Marie had passed away recently, and he was selling the house and moving away. He came across this portrait while cleaning out the art studio Ann Marie had run out of their house for many years. Bob did not want to discard the picture as he thought maybe someone would recognize it if he left it with the Chamber. It has been on display in the Chamber office for years with no success identifying her. If you know who she might be, contact Rick at the Chamber by calling 207-324-4280 or emailing ricks@metrocast.net.
