Got a lot of stuff you need to get rid of? Local Realtor Melissa Simpson is organizing a city-wide yard sale for the weekend of June 5 & 6. She is putting together a map which will show the addresses of all those who wish to participate. If you’d like to be on the map, go to the Facebook event page at https://www.facebook.com/events/990641865076785/ and click on “Join Event.” She is asking for a $5 donation, with proceeds to be donated to local charities. The maps will be available after May 25.
If you’re not on Facebook and would like to be on the map, Ms. Simpson will be at the gazebo at Walgreen’s in Springvale on Tuesday, May 18 from noon to 2:00 p.m., and again on the 25th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. for sign ups. Let’s make this a great community event!
