On February 11and 12 each department head presented their program budget requests for fiscal year 26 to the Sanford City Council.

On February 11, the City Council heard from:

Human Resources – Stacy Howes
Planning Department and Code Enforcement – Jamie Cole,
Land Bank Authority – Jamie Cole and Michelle LaBree
Economic Growth Council – Keith McBride
Information Systems – Bill Botting
Assessing – Ben Thompson
Treasurer/City Clerk, Voter Registration – Erin McMann
Police Department, School Crossing Guards and School Resource Officers – Eric Small
Fire Department – Scott Susi
Sanford Regional Communications Center – Bill Tower
Municipal Facilities, Emergency Management and Mousam Watershed Dam Coalition – Alex Hammerle.

February 12 the City Council heard from:

Department of Public Works and Environmental Services – Matt Hill
Public Protection – Ronni Lynn Champlin, Matt Hill, Brady Lloyd and Scott Susi
Recreation, Parks and Oakdale Cemetary – Brady Lloyd
General Assistance – Vicki Martin

City Council, Administration, Legal Services, Property & Casualty Insurance – Ronni Lynn Champlin

Springvale Public Library – Lesley Unger-Mochrie.
