Demolition of the International Woolen Mill Boiler House Exhaust Stack

Sealed bids will be received in the office of the City Manager on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 until noon at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud on the enclosed specifications.
Pre-bid meeting and site walk at the Boiler House on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Attendance at this meeting by the bidder or his/her qualified representative is a mandatory requirement for acceptance of a bid from that contractor.

- Environmental control requirement;
- Securing of site area during demolition;
- Comply with City Demolition Protocol – Appendix “A”; and
- Site map – Appendix “B”
- Property description – Appendix “C”
The City of Sanford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Please use a sealed envelope with the when submitting your bid.
