On Sunday, November 28, a 31-year-old Portland resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Main St. in Springvale. Among the other calls Sanford officers responded to that day were a report of breaking and entering on Emerson St., a burglar alarm on Community Dr., a theft on Gulliver Dr. and a domestic disturbance on Bates St.
Monday, November 29, there were no arrests or summonses. A report of graffiti on Roberts St., vandalism on Heritage Crossing, and a disturbance on Grant St. in Springvale were among the calls that day.
On Tuesday, November 30, Sanford Police assisting another agency took a 46-year-old Springvale resident into custody on High St. on an outstanding warrant, as well as charges of attaching false plates and operating after habitual offender revocation. A domestic disturbance on Pioneer Ave. and a drug incident on High St. were among the other calls that day.
Wednesday, December 1, a 35-year-old resident of Rochester, NH, was arrested on Main St. on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, and a warrant. Sanford officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Charles St. late that evening took a 27-year-old Sanford resident into custody for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
On Thursday, December 2, a 38-year-old of no fixed address was arrested on Rushton St. on an outstanding warrant. Among other calls that day were a juvenile runaway on Pioneer Ave., a disturbance on School St., and reports of larceny/forgery/fraud on Main St., School St., and Hanson Ridge Rd.
Friday, December 3, a report of a violation of a protective order on Rankin St. resulted in a 65-year-old Springvale resident being summonsed on that charge. Later that day, the same individual was summonsed again for the same reason. A drug incident on Spruce St. and an assault on Main St. both required the assistance of Sanford EMS.
On Saturday, December 4, a 44-year-old Sanford resident was arrested for domestic violence assault following a disturbance on Thompson St. There were other disturbances/domestic disturbances that day on Main St. and Island Ave. (both requiring EMS assistance), High St. and Dudley St. A report of a burglary in progress on Country Club #1 Rd. was investigated.
