On Sunday, December 5, a 39-year-old resident of Portsmouth, NH, was arrested at a Main St. address in Springvale, on a charge of domestic violence assault. Among other calls that day were a report of shoplifting on Main St., and vandalism on Shaw St.
Monday, December 6, following a disturbance on Main St., a 48-year-old Sanford resident was taking into custody by Sanford officers for aggravated assault. EMS services were also required and one person was transported to the hospital. There were a number of animal complaints that day, as well as two incidents of harassment, among other calls.
On Tuesday, December 7, a motor vehicle accident at Alfred Rd. and Jagger Mill Rd. resulted in a 26-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for failure to register a vehicle more than 150 days. Among other calls that day was a report of a burglary of a motor vehicle on Brook St., a sex offender registration on Main St., and disturbances on Shaw Rd., Yvonne St. and Main St. A stolen vehicle on Main St. was investigated.
Wednesday, December 8, a motor vehicle stop at Signal St. and Railroad Ave. led to a 23-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for operating after suspension. Other calls that day included a burglary (B&E) on Main St., domestic disturbances on Glen St. and Marc Dr., and reports of larceny/forgery/fraud on Nason St. and Country Club Rd.
On Thursday, December 9, a 24-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for operating after suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Twombley Rd. Among other calls that day were assaults, shoplifting and drug incidents on Main St., terrorizing/threatening on Alumni Blvd., and sex offenses on Pine St.
Friday, December 10, a report of assault on Main St. led to a 44-year-old Biddeford resident being summonsed for assault and violating condition of release. An animal complaint on State St. was among the other calls that day.
On Saturday, December 11, a 61-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for assault following a call to Main St. Sanford EMS also responded and one person was taken to the hospital. A burglar alarm on State St. and domestic disturbance on Bougie Ln. were among the other calls officers responded to that day.
