DOXO is not affiliated with the District or regulated by the Maine Public Utilities Commission. DOXO may charge the customer extra fees, and paying through them may result in a delay of 10 days or more before your payment is received. For some customers, this has resulted in a collection fee being assessed or even disconnection due to non-payment. Please go to the District’s webpage www.sanfordwater.org to make sure your payment will be applied in a timely manner, especially if you are paying within 2 weeks of the bill due date. Payments are not applied to your account until the funds are received at the District office.
