The PE department at Sanford Middle School is selling Spartan logo gear to raise money for new equipment. They have long and short sleeved t-shirts, pom pom hats, hoodies, sweat pants, shorts and face masks. Order forms need to be turned in by Friday, October 16. The Springvale Library is reopening to the public on Wednesday, October 14th.  Their previous safety measures will be in place, including masks worn over the nose required, hand sanitizing upon entering the building, and a visitor limit of 5 at a time. They will still be offering curbside pickup as well.

As of this writing, the Springvale Library’s Fall Festival of Books and Art is still being planned for October 23 and 24. In addition to the book sale both days, on Saturday there will be an artisan fair, live music and a pumpkin bird feeder family activity. This is the Library’s primary fundraiser, so come on out and support them!
