In Re: Serenity Geisinger petition for name change
This notice is directed to Carl Geisinger, last of Sanford, County of York, State of Maine, whereabouts unknown.
This cause came to be heard on a Motion of the Petitioner whose address is: 1025 Middle Rd., North Waterboro, ME 04061 for Service by Publication on Carl Geisinger.
This Motion has been submitted for the following reasons: unable to obtain address submitted due diligence form.
Petitioner believes the newspaper in which public notice is most likely to reach Carl Geisinger is: Sanford Springvale News, PO Box 553, Springvale, ME 04083 for the following reasons: last known location was Sanford.
It is hereby ORDERED that Carl Geisinger appear and defend the cause and serve a response to the Petition upon Petitioner, on or before March 29, 2023. Carl Geisinger is notified that if he/she shall fail to do so, the petition for minor name change will proceed without objection. His/her response should also be filed with the Cumberland County Probate Court, 142 Federal Street, Portland, ME 04101.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be published in the above named newspaper of general circulation on or before February 14, 2023, once a week for two successive weeks.
