- OLD BUSINESS: File # I38-2 – Clark Ave. & Camp St. – Subdivision Amendment – Application for a Major Site Plan and Amendment to Subdivision to create 5 house lots and a private way.
- OLD BUSINESS: File # R18A-16 – 16, 20 & 24 Presidential Ln – Major Site Plan – MAS Hangars Proposed construction of office building for flight department and hangars for storage of small aircraft. THIS ITEM WILL REMAIN ON THE TABLE.
- OLD BUSINESS: File # R6-41 – Railroad Ave & Ridley Road – Final Subdivision – Londonderry Lane – Proposed subdivision for 6 residential lots. THIS ITEM WILL REMAIN ON THE TABLE.

- NEW BUSINESS: File # R18-30A – Eagle Drive Subdivision – Preliminary Subdivision – Proposed seven lot subdivision of the rear portion of the Roehm America site. Land is newly owned by the Industrial Development Corporation of Sanford, which is looking to subdivide the land in order to sell to industrial/commercial end users. Each lot will need to return for Site Plan approval prior to development.
