- OLD BUSINESS: File # 2025-09-J30-47-PS – Sanford Housing Authority – Heritage Crossing – Preliminary Subdivision –Construction of a 30-unit residential building and the associated parking and site improvements. *This item will remain on the table at the Applicant’s request.
- REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION: File # 2025-03-I38-2-PW – Clarke Avenue and Camp Street – Private Way –Abutters of proposed private way from Boothby Avenue to property owned by the Applicant, RED, LLC at Tax Map I38, Lot 2 have submitted a Request for Reconsideration of the Planning Board’s approval of the Private Way on a paper street that is currently used as a common driveway for lots J38-12 and J38-9A, 9 and 13 Boothby Avenue.
- NEW BUSINESS: File # 2025-19-L36-26-DB – Morris Street – Gendreau Density Bonus –Request for a Density Bonus to allow for a single lot split of Tax Map L36, Lot 26 into two new lots, each measured 7,098 sf in size.
