- NEW BUSINESS: File # 2025-11-K18-8A-1-AS – Witham Apartments – Amendment to Subdivision & Site Plan – Application for minor changes to the property lines and agreements between abutters from the original Subdivision Approval at K18-8A and K18-8C, as well as updates to the parking layout, snow storage, and easement documentation for the two-unit Witham Apartments on property owned by Coastal Oaks LLC and located at an unaddressed parcel on Witham Street (Tax Map K18, Lot 8A-1).
