A mind-body awareness and self-healing practice, utilizing guided breathing and meditation techniques.
Bring a yoga mat, something warm (like a blanket), an eye mask or cover, drinking water and a journal.
Please arrive between 5:15 and 5:25 p.m. Doors will close at 5:25 p.m., the program will start at 5:30 p.m.
