City Council Housing Workshop

This workshop will provide an overview of the collaborations between various agencies addressing the housing crisis in the community. The topics to be discussed include:
– Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for different housing types
– Land Bank activities
– Changes in short-term rental ordinances
– Updates on the housing authority
– Adaptations for LD 2003
– Applications for Housing First funding
– Increasing funding for the York County Shelter Program.
This is a work session of the “Sanford City Council” and not a business meeting of the City Council. The
meeting is open to the public but is not a public hearing.
