Author Talk – War Pigeons

Join author Elizabeth G. Macalaster for a presentation on her book, War Pigeons: Winged Couriers in the U.S. Military, 1878-1957. Her presentation will trace the remarkable service of homing pigeons in the U.S. Military, beginning after the Civil War and continuing through both World Wars and beyond.
Light refreshments will be served.
