Free Food Distribution – 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Sanford High School. Open to all residents of Sanford/Springvale and surrounding areas. Sponsored by the Sanford Backpack Program and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They will have fresh produce, peanut butter, dairy, beef stew, flour and more.
Final public hearing on Westside Village reconstruction – 6:00 p.m. A live, interactive online meeting to review the 85% design plans for the reconstruction of Shaw St., Prescott St., and parts of Kimball St. and Twombley Rd. The meeting will discuss the current designs and schedule, and residents may offer questions, comments, and concerns about the plans. The public notice, with instructions for access, is here.
