Tuesday, December 15: Property Subcommittee

The City Council’s Municipal Operations and Property Subcommittee will meet via Zoom at 8:30 a.m. There is a lengthy agenda which includes a proposal for 20 new streetlights, and discussion of a garage on Blanchard Road which was built without permission in the city’s right-of-way. Tuesday, December 15: Mobile Stand Down for Homeless Veterans

A Mobile Stand Down, to connect homeless veterans with services, and provide them some relief from the cold with a distribution of winter clothing and non-perishable food, will be held outdoors at the Sanford Vet Center at 628 Main St. in Springvale, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. More info here.

This family-friendly free concert includes sing-along Christmas carols, and inspiring performances of holiday classics.
