Topics includes Intro to the Computer, Using Web-based Email, saving and organizing files, exploring the Internet and Social Media / Web Safety. Space is limited, so preregistration is appreciated. Bingo, Sanford Elks Lodge, 13 Elm St. Doors open at 4:00 p.m. and games start at 6:00. Must be 18 to play

City Council Goal Setting Workshop, 5:00 p.m., Above and Beyond Catering, 49 Shaw’s Ridge Rd. This meeting is open to the public but is not a public meeting and will not be accessible via Zoom.

Goodwin House Open for Tours, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 503 Main St. Visit this historic architectural gem in the heart of Springvale village.

20th Annual Randall’s Run/Walk for the Gym 5K, 8:30 a.m., Nasson Community Center, 457 Main St. Race starts at Nasson Common near Library, up Main St to Heidi St, turns around and returns to Nasson Community Center. Free Fun Run for ages 9 & under is in the parking lot. Race proceeds go to replace theater floor and for new bleachers. Register online before September 2 for $5 discount. Free Community Plant Exchange, 9:00 a.m. – noon, Sanford Elks Lodge, 13 Elm St. Plant drop off is from 9-10:30 AM. The exchange starts at 10:30 with first arrivals having the first choice. Bring your extra plant divisions, perennials, seeds, cuttings, and house plants. Exotic invasive plants in the State of Maine will not be accepted. For more information call Bridget at 267-261-2122. Rain date is September 10.

Up to No Good: Bad Blood – Super Nova Wrestling, 7:15 p.m., Sanford-Springvale VFW Post 9935, 1 Hutchinson St. Doors open at 6:30. Tickets $10, kids 5 and under free.
