Alfred R. Lamontagne, 84, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough after a brief illness. Fred was born in Sanford on June 1, 1940, to Roger and Rita Lamontagne. He graduated from Sanford High School in 1958. He served four years in the U.S. Navy as a signalman. He was born on April 24, 1942, the youngest child of Joseph and Valeda Parker of Parkman, in Piscataquis County.
