Sanford and Springvale residents have the chance to actively shape their community by joining one of several city boards and committees. Following the recent City Council meeting on January 7th, several vacancies remain for citizens to fill.
Mayor Becky Brink emphasized the value of public participation, stating, “A community grows in positive ways with more public participation. Board and committee members can provide creative thinking and new ideas. It’s truly valued and appreciated when people give their time.”
