Sunday, November 7, Sanford Police served summonses for assault to two juveniles, age 13 and 14, on Brook St. and Kilby St. That day, an arrest was made on Main St. while officers were assisting another agency, no details given. A civil summons was also issued following a motor vehicle stop on Main St.
On Monday, November 8, officers responding to a disturbance on Spartan Dr. summonsed a 13-year-old juvenile for disorderly conduct with offensive words/gestures.
Tuesday, November 9, a call to School St. for larceny/forgery/fraud resulted in a summons being issued to a 22-year-old Sanford resident for criminal mischief and violating condition of release. Later that day, a 36-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant, and additional charges of theft, violating condition of release, and aggravated forgery, following a shoplifting call to a Main St. business.
In the early hours of Wednesday, November 10, a 20-year-old Springvale resident was summonsed for speeding 30+ mph over the limit following a motor vehicle stop on Main St. Later that morning, a 45-year-old Sanford resident was summonsed for terrorizing following a call to a Main St. address. Also that day, a 13-year-old juvenile was summonsed for a drug/narcotic violation on Spartan Dr. A 61-year-old Lyman resident was summonsed on Main St. for operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior, and violating condition of release. While serving a warrant to a Bodwell St. address, a 32-year-old Sanford resident was taken into custody on three counts of domestic violence assault, as well as the warrant.
On Thursday, November 11, there were no arrests or summonses. Among the calls Sanford Police responded to that day were a juvenile runaway on Breary Ave., a drug incident on Lebanon St., a domestic disturbance on Lebanon St., and a disturbance at Island Ave. and Sherburne St. That call required the assistance of an ambulance to transport someone to the hospital.
Friday, November 12, a 31-year-old Sanford resident was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault following a call to Charles St. A summons was served to a Lebanon St. address. Among other calls that day were three reports of shoplifting, on Cottage St. and Main St.
On Saturday, November 13, there were no arrests or summonses. Among the calls that day were a drug incident on Main St., two reports of harassment, a shoplifting report on Main St., a sex offense on Kimball St. and a report of vandalism on Butler St. in Springvale.
