On Sunday, June 13, an arrest was made while Sanford Police were assisting another agency on Main St. No details were given.
Monday, June 14, a report of vandalism on Mousam St. in Springvale led to a 76-year-old Springvale resident being summonsed for criminal mischief. That afternoon, a motor vehicle stop on High St. led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Sanford resident on an outstanding warrant.
Officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Emery St. on Tuesday took a 51-year-old Sanford resident into custody on a charge of criminal mischief.
In the early hours of Wednesday, June 16, Sanford Police responding to a medical emergency along with fire and EMS personnel arrested a 43-year-old Sanford resident on a warrant. Later that morning, a 31-year-old Rumford resident was summonsed for assault on an emergency medical care provider following a call to a June St. address.
Thursday, June 17, five motor vehicle stops resulted in summonses. One of these was to a 58-year-old resident of Kenai, Alaska, for operating after suspension. A reporting of shoplifting that evening resulted in a 32-year-old Sanford resident being summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
On Friday, June 18, the traffic detail was extremely busy, with 15 motor vehicle stops resulting in summonses. Several of these were on Cottage St., and one was to a 26-year-old Springvale resident for operating with a suspended registration. A motor vehicle accident that evening at Pleasant and Payne Sts. in Springvale led to the arrest of a 55-year-old Springvale resident on charges of operating after suspension, leaving the scene of an accident and operating under the influence (no test).
Saturday, June 19, a motor vehicle stop on Main St. in Springvale resulted in a 61-year-old Gorham resident being taken into custody on an outstanding warrant, as well as violating condition of release, and failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth.
