Missing Pickleball? Give line dancing a try!  Sanford Parks and Recreation Coordinator, Lori Hegarty, will be leading senior line dancing at City Hall in the Old Theatre on Floor 2R.  Park in the rear Parking Lot or side street.  Dance from 10:30-11:30 Wednesday mornings.  Cost is just $2 each week you participate – pay supervisor on duty.  Plenty of room for social distancing.  Masks are required. If Lori is on vacation, there will be no dance that week. (Call parks and rec at 324-9130). No need to register, just show up and don’t forget your water bottle. Once on elevator push Floor 2R and follow the signs to the Old Theatre.

MaineHealth is scheduling Covid-19 vaccinations for people over the age of 70. You do not have to be a patient of MaineHealth or Southern Maine Health Care to get vaccinated. They have limited supplies of the vaccine and expect demand to far exceed the amount available. On the first day the phone line was open, they received calls from over 18,000 individuals trying to make an appointment. They are seeking alternatives to manage the high volume of requests, and ask for your patience while they address this. Please do not call your local practice as they do not have the means to schedule your vaccine appointment. Refer to the MaineHealth website for the most up to date information: https://www.mainehealth.org/vaccine.

This year, due to the pandemic, York County Community Action is offering virtual tax-prep services, rather than in-person. Please call 324-5762, extension 2718, to schedule your appointment.
